Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service, and we'll provide advance notice when possible.
Shopmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
